The Bothar in Brandon Creek offered a delightful escape along the Dingle Way. I loved how cozy my room was, especially looking out over fields toward the sea. The hospitality from Thomas was a highlight. his warm welcome set a positive tone. The quaint little pub downstairs served fantastic seafood chowder that stood out. Breakfast was plentiful, featuring a nice Irish spread. one night, the noise from the kitchen vent made it challenging to relax. Despite the staff’s friendly demeanor, the service felt rushed and some items were missing due to a busy night. A couple of improvements could enhance the overall experience, such as better attention to noise levels and ensuring all menu items are available, especially during peak hours. a charming stay with room for growth.

We enjoyed family-friendly activities like the fine views during our hikes around the Dingle Peninsula. With lovely rooms and delicious breakfast options, it’s a perfect base for exploring. The pub downstairs was vibrant, and my babies felt right at home!
In my wife's opinion, the pub staff could be more attentive to families.

Super cozy spot with fantastic food
We had such a lovely time staying here for 2 nights! The vibe was so chill, with super friendly staff. Had the best steak and fish cakes at dinner. Plus, they even packed us lunches for our hikes! Only thing was the room could get a bit noisy at times.
